I have been painting off and on for about 20 years. I work mostly in watercolor but dabble in soft pastel, oil, and acrylic. I am a member of Sierra Watercolor Society and
Northwest Watercolor Society.
I have won awards at many shows in Washington as well as national shows. I have had a small article published in
Sketchbook magazine as well as being on the cover of Country Pleasures Magazine two times. I have been published on the front page of Senior Sunset Times.
I have held various positions on boards of art associations over the years. I have a permanent display of cars and motorcycles at the LeMay Family Collection at Marymount, Tacoma, WA. I volunteered at an assisted living facility for many years and helped the residents paint in acrylic. I specialize in classic cars and motorcycles but also help people remember their vacation trips by painting from their photos.
Much of my work is commissions but I paint what I love such as when not painting commissions. I am pleased to be an artist and have collectors in Japan, many states in the USA, and Canada.
