Colleen Reynolds owns and operates a business dedicated to watercolor creation, display, and teaching. She is a watercolor instructor with the Western Nevada College (WNC). Colleen has a Master’s degree in Education and as well as bachelor’s degrees in Fine Art and Applied Mathematics.
Colleen says, “As a watercolor artist, I am dedicated to telling stories and creating meaningful artwork that resonates with viewers. Through my proficiency in a variety of watercolor methods, I am able to bring my visions to life and share them with the world.”
Reynolds grew up in mostly small Nevada towns. She left the beautiful desert for many years to complete a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy, and lived for 16 years in Salt Lake City, Utah. Colleen and her family returned “home” to Nevada in 2017, settling in Carson City, Nevada, where the Sierra Nevada mountains never cease to inspire.
Colleen Reynolds is an active member of Watercolor West, as well as the Sierra Watercolor Society, Utah Watercolor Society, as well as the Latimer Art Club and Nevada Artists Association.
