Pastels
Nothing gives me more joy than to hike and explore and paint this Wild Western Landscape. I have lived in the “Rare Air ” of the Sierra Nevada Lake Tahoe Great Basin area for over 30 years and will never run out of scenes that inspire me. The seasons, colors, sky, and ever-changing weather at that elevation make every day unique. Since moving to the Nevada Desert near Topaz Lake a couple of years ago, I have been exploring a new landscape and color scheme. I hope you will enjoy my latest paintings.
I consider myself very lucky to be living at the crossroads of the Sierra Nevada and the Desert Great Basin of Nevada. I strive to capture some of the beauty of this incredible natural world and share it in my work.
